Toy good - shipping sucked |

I always like the Chuck a Ducks and dogncatz prices can't be beat. but for some inexplicable reason, shipping required that I sign for it in person. I work so this isn't possible. I've had far more valuable shipments left on my doorstep without problem, so what gives dogncatz?
